5/27/10 & 5/28/10 CVS Trips

I have wonderful family and friends who have an Extra Care Card and did not get some of the specials I wanted this week. They were fantastic to let me use their cards so I could stock up on some body wash for hubby and the boys. Here's how I did yesterday and today.


5/27/10

Transactions 5,6,7, & 8:

I did 2 more of the Gillette Body Wash specials, spent $4.56 for each, and received $8 ECB for each. I turned around and used the ECBs for misc household items (trashbags, ziploc bags, bowls, etc.) so there was no additional OOP (except for tax) for me. The tax on both of the transactions I had to pay tax on was $.05 each for a total of $.10.


Grand Total Spent Over 2 Days: $44.84
Total Amount of Merchandise Including Taxes: $155.08
Savings: 71% - Not bad for a bunch of body wash, snacks, and household supplies!
