Wal-Mart is offering layaway for the 2011 Christmas Shopping Season. Here are the details...Eligible Items: Toys and Electronics
Down Payment: 10% of Purchase Total
Service Charge: $5.00
Minimum Purchase: Total Purchase must be over $50. Each item must be $15 or more. (Layaway applies to items purchased in stores only - does not apply to online purchases.)
Terms: Begins October 17th. Final payment and pickup must be made by December 16th.
Location: Layaways are placed and picked up at the Walmart.com desk in your local store. Payments can be made in-store at any register.
Notes: Layaway orders not paid for and/or picked up by December 16th will be cancelled. Any payments will be refunded less a $10 cancellation fee and $5 service charge.
Exclusions: Layaway not offered on Friday, November 25, 2011 (Black Friday). Excludes wireless phones that require contracts. All fees are non-refundable. Cancellation and service fees may vary by state.
