CVS Advisor Panel Award!!!


I received my first email from the CVS Advisor Panel. I had to answer 3 questions to determine if I qualified for the survey. If I did NOT qualify, I would receive $3 ECBs. If I DID qualify, I would receive $5 ECBs. I qualified, spent about 5 minutes answering some questions about the CVS e-newsletter I receive, and received $5 ECBs absolutely FREE!!! Woo-Hoo!!!!
